The New World

"..." he slowly withdraw his hand.

June smiled, "Whats the matter, didn't like it?" she asked before jumping back down and sitting next to him. "Sorry."

"Uhh.. what?" He asked slightly confused.

"You stopped before you manages to bend the fire." she infromed him before shaking her head. "Forget about it, we should go to sleep. I'll take first watch." she said while smiling.

"Ok. Wake me if you get tired." he said and went into one of the tents.

June watched as he walked into one of the tents and then started to look around. Things seemed calm and nothing was close by. Nothing other than animals that is. Her sense's were instantly on high alert and although she looked as if she were causually sitting down without so much as a worry in the world she was on guard. After a while she began to sing her song again, unsure what it was about it that kept her clam.

After some hours he woke up and stretched his arms with a yawn. "Hmn.. June?"

June had zoned out for a couple of hours, the song had done it's job but was quickly snapped out of it when she heard Malick's voice. "Malick? you're awake."

"Ah, yes yes." He answered her, still a little sleepy. "I can take the gaurd now if you want."

"no no I'll do it." She got up and sat outside.

June shrugged it off and jumped into the tree closes to her. "Okay, night night guys" she said before geting comfortable.

"..." he walked up and sat next to kari. "Is it allright if I keep you company?"
