The New World

After some minutes he walked up to June. "How many fishes do we need?"

"Three will do." she answered after fixing the second tent and walking over to the fire to heat up a rock to cook the fish on.

"Ohh.... Cause you see..." He interuppted and held up his tail and his hands. "I have twenty."

June smiled, "It's alright, we can eat them it not i'll just save some for later using a freezing techinique." she spoke calmly.

"Oh... ok" He said and smiled. "Want help?"

"If you like to cook sure. I've gutted two fish so far, gut a couple of more if you want then cook them like you like them." she said. "Want any spices?" she offered while sesoning hers

"Ah, no thanks. I can take from the nature." He said and started gutting a fish.

June smiled but none the less continued to cook her fish. "Suit your self. How long have you been cooking?" she asked, starting a conversation.

"I have never done it. I'll just try." He answered. After a couple of minutes he had gutted three fishes. He took them and started cooking them. meanwhile he went into the forest looking for spices.

June smiled and took her fish off the flame. "Well mines done." she said to no one in particular.

He came back holding a lot of different berries and leaves. He took some leaves and crumbled it into small peices and released it into the bowl. He took a berry and squeezed it's juice into the bowl and let it cook for 5 min. "Done."

"That looks interesting." June said while eating her fish. "Hey hand me a raw one will you?" she asked curiously.

"Allright." he said and passed her one. He tasted his fish and liked the taste. "Those berries gave it a cool taste."

June smiled and took the raw fish. "Well so long as you like it." she spoke before sinking her fangs into the fish and drinking its blood. "Sorry i got a little thirsty." she said sheepishly.

"I don't mind. I think vampires are cool." he said and smiled.

June smiled, "you keep saying that. Thanks." she said with a smile on her face.

"Yeah... I'm kinda interested in vampires. How do your fangs work?"

"Well when they're hidden they're just shifted so that they're hidden behind my human teeth. However when ever I'm drinking they basically work like straws." June explained. "The longer your fangs the older and more mortal blood you're drank. However mine are long because of my age. I don't like drinking from people." she said.

"I see." he said and looked at her fangs. "That's cool"

"Yea, if you want you can have a closer look, I can extend them if you want to see?" June offered. Malick had been the first person to have ever asked about her fangs.

"Ah, Yes that would be interesting."

June smiled then opened her mouth. Soon her fangs were shown, allowed to show their true length. All the while June licked off the excess blood, making sure they weren't stained for when Malick inspected them.

"Cool..." He said and just stared at them. "They're long."

"Yea, and thanks" she said before reverting back to her human state and smiling.

"..." He looked at his hand then at June. "Thanks for the look."
